Our mission is to help make the global food supply healthier by improving how sugar, salt, spices and other core ingredients perform in modern food systems.

For decades, reducing sugar and sodium has required compromise diminished taste, substitute ingredients, or increased formulation complexity. The O’TASTE™ platform addresses this limitation through precision particle micronization and controlled lipid-phase integration.

By improving delivery efficiency, we enable meaningful reductions in sugar, sodium, spice and other core ingredients usage while maintaining and often enhancing sensory performance.
